What is idev-QuoteManager?

idev-QuoteManager is a PHP Script (special software for your website) that makes it easier for you to manage your projects. idev-QuoteManager provides your website with a way collect new project submissions from your website visitors. It can help you organize quotes and clients for your projects, and when the time comes, it can be used to invoice and track invoice payments from your clients using Paypal (which accepts credit card payments, bank transfers and more).

How does idev-QuoteManager work?

Once you install idev-QuoteManager onto your website...

1. Your website visitors will be able to submit their project requests to you via the idev-QuoteManager project submission page. You can customize the appearance entirely, add your own graphics, logo, colors, header/footer, and fully integrate idev-QuoteManager in to your website! idev-QuoteManager will collect the specifications for each project and email you with the details, while at the same time adding the project to your idev-QuoteManager project database.

2. View your list of projects from idev-QuoteManager's control panel.

You will be able to create project labels to help organize your projects better, and assign prices and status to each project.

3. Helps you keep track of clients and which projects belong to each client.

Your project, and client database is search-able for later retrieval.

4. When the time comes to bill your client, idev-QuoteManager provides an easy way to invoice and track invoice payments from your clients.

How do I use idev-QuoteManager?

When you purchase idev-QuoteManager, we will deliver (electronically) to you the files that you will then need to upload to your website in order to run idev-QuoteManager. There is a simple installation process (that we fully support) (and we also offer a complete installation service, if you need that kind of help) the entire process can completed in as little as 5 minutes.

You will have full access to an administrative control panel area where you will be able to manage all idev-QuoteManager functions easily and without any technical knowledge.

Can I customize idev-QuoteManager?
