“Click Here First” to create the ad box does not function

The app is installed and configured exactly per the documentation.

There is one step that is failing. I have removed and re-installed the application entirely but it is still failing.

The failing step is the “Click Here First” to create the ad box.. You hit the click here to create and it does nothing.

The permissions on the folder are correct 777.

Need some ideas here.
