Auction ID Number or Exact Title :
To find your auctions item number examine the URL which links directly to your Ebay auction :
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=7574189142(...etc)
In this example, our Ebay item number is : 7574189142 - This method will work for a single auction only. Re-listing or creating a new auction which sells the same product will require a modification to the Item Number field above. (Or the addition of a new G.E.S. / Ebay linkup).

You may instead enter the Exact title of your Ebay auction listing. If you choose this method : you will not need to create a new listing link in G.E.S. each time you re-list your auction : as long as your new or re-listed item uses the exact same title.

File Download Link :
Be sure to include (HTTP://) in your file link. Your customer will be able to download the specified file after he/she completes a purchase.

Email Profile :
You are allowed to create as many email profiles as you wish. Each product you sell could use a different email profile - or you could simply share the same email profile between them.

Purchase Preference :
- Link + Message : Option will send both the file download link and the email message selected in the email Profile field.
- Message Only : Option will not send a download link, this option may be useful if you wish to sell a simple email based information product.
