reduce the size of the blue border and increase the directory size

Any one know how to reduce the size of the border so that the actual directory is larger.
Iam also trying to change the font used but cannot find where to change this

I have changed the font and tale size but it is not central to the page.
I cannot see any whrer that does not state "Centre"

any ideas?
