Links not working right.

I just purchased this software and I'm having problems with links off index.php

Here is the example

http://www.yoursalesvideo.com/iSupport/index.php

If you click any of the link its not working. I notice at the bottom of the task bar it's not inserting a / in the link.

Anyone help?
