Text Ads 2.0 on an SMF forum

Hi,

I've just purchased Text Ads 2.0 and I want to put the code on my SMF forum (like this one). I can insert the code at the top of the Index.template.php file, but it affects the CSS formatting of my forum. Where do I insert the code to make it work?
