What exactly does this software do? As far as I know Ebay does not allow digital downloads anymore? So how is this software getting around that, meaning if they do not allow it, is this software even usable anymore and if so, HOW because I am intersted but not interested in having hours of issues to find out it doesnt work anymore......

Someone please advise, arron you are more than welcome to hop in, also I noticed that you did not oblige anyone and post the fix to their problems, I do not understand why though?

This is your business for sure but customer service is priority #1 ALWAYS if you want a successful business.

By posting the fix you could have saved their time and your time both, so the decision to not post really baffles me........... ???

These are our user forums. Not technical support forums. Technical support should be requested via our Contact page.. this is noted in several locations, unfortunately people still seem to miss it.

I don't post any workaround patches because it means releasing the source code to our software, which is reserved for our customers.

these are not patches, these are workarounds to address certain server settings. official patches are released in our official versions.

Ebay does not allow digital goods anymore... atleast in the USA/Canada, tho that does not stop everyone from selling digital products on Ebay, and for those who wish it, we leave EbayAssist available as a solution.

As of april 2010

http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/downloadable.html

You can list most digitally delivered goods on eBay as long as you follow these guidelines:

    * You need to list your item only in the Everything Else > Information Products category using only the Classified Ad format.
    *

Your listing clearly states that you legally own the content (sometimes called intellectual property) or you are authorized to sell it by the owner, the owner’s authorized agent, or the law.
    *

Your items can't have any sexually-oriented adult (pornographic) content. For more details, see our Adult Only category policy.
    *

Your item can't include software that would damage anyone's computer, could be used for malicious purposes like sending spam emails or spreading a computer virus, or would violate anyone's privacy (spyware or cookies, for example). For more details, see our HTML and JavaScript policy.
    *

You have to be verified on PayPal to help confirm your identity.

In addition to meeting the guidelines of this policy, listings for all informational products also need to meet the requirements of our compilation and informational items policy.

Make sure your listing follows these guidelines. If it doesn't, it may be removed, and you may be subject to a range of other actions, including limits of your buying and selling privileges and suspension of your account.
